We aim to provide accurate descriptions for all our products, but we do not guarantee that all information (such as flavor profiles and bean origins) is entirely error-free. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified without notice.

2. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in dollars and may change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept the following payment methods : BTCPay.

3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Ayvee Coffee reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons such as pricing errors, stock limitations or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for coffee products once shipped. For non-coffee items, refer to our refund policy. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayvee Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your purchase. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, USA.
