At Ayvee Coffee, we strive to provide the best roasted-on-demand coffee experience. Please read our refund policy below for information on returns and refunds.

1. Coffee products
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee products once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues with your coffee order (e.g., incorrect item or damaged packaging), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution.

2. Non-Coffee items
For non-coffee items, such as merchandise or brewing equipment, we accept returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping fees for returns may apply, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
